Joining Jesus on His Mission

Have you ever thought about how to share your faith with your neighbors? This class will study Greg Finke’s book of the same title to prepare for his presentation in January, think about what evangelism is all about, and learn some practical ways to share your faith in Jesus. Led by Pastor Tritten in the Ministry Center. Runs Sundays, 9:30 am, September 14 – November 2.
Stewardship

Every year, we talk about stewardship in our worship services. This is an opportunity to dig more deeply into this important part of our lives as Christians, Creatures, and people who are richly blessed by God. Led by Pastor Tritten and the Stewardship Board in the Ministry Center on October 12 at 9:30 am.
When the Game is Over

Using video with humor, storytelling, and Biblical references, explore how to make the most of your life now, into the future, and beyond. Runs Sundays, 9:30 am in the Luther Room, October 19-November 23.
Colossians

This in-depth study of Paul’s letter to the church at Colossae will challenge us as we think about who Jesus is and what His salvation means for our relationships with the world, one another, and other Christians. Led by Pastor Tritten in the Ministry Center. Runs Sundays, 9:30 am, November 9 – December 21.
The Redemption of Scrooge

Using video, a book, and the Bible discuss how the story “A Christmas Carol” has timeless Christian themes for us. Held in the Luther Room, for the 4 Sundays of Advent at 9:30 am, November 30 – December 21.
When God is Silent

Prepare for Lent by discussing a book and the stories of Scripture when God speaks through famine, silence, and restraint. Led by Bob Brantsch in the Luther Room, Sundays, 9:30 am, January 4-18.
Worship

There are many traditions around what happens when God’s people gather. We will explore some of those traditions and look to the Bible to see what God has said about worship. Led by Pastor Tritten in the Ministry Center, and runs Sundays, 9:30 am, January 4-18.

Greg Finke Outreach Event

Pastor Finke is the founder and director of Dwelling 1:14 and an expert in evangelism. He will provide simple, powerful, and applicable insights to show you how to be on a mission and recognize where Jesus is already at work in your neighborhoods, workplaces, and schools. You will feel both relief and hope knowing that God can (and will!) use you to share Jesus’ salvation. Held Saturday, January 31, 9:00 am – 4:00 pm & Sunday, February 1 at 9:30 am.
